  1. As requested by most of the comments :
    Q ) Consider the following statement :
    (A) Coenzyme or metal ion that is tightly bound to enzyme protein is called prosthetic group.
    (B) A complete catalytic active enzyme with its bound prosthetic group is called apoenzyme.
    Select the correct option.

Answer given by NTA official key is 1 ) (A) is true but (B) is false.
In my previous video i had told BOTH A ) & B ) are false and it was supported by all answer keys of other coaching institutes .

But still i believe answer given by NTA is also not wrong . Explanation : many books use the TERM COENZYME & COFACTOR interchangeably . Prosthetic group — the tightly bound coenzyme, or a cofactor — the loosely bound small organic or inorganic molecule. Here is a link for better understanding : https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/pdf/10.1016/0307-4412(94)90088-4

Hence i will not suggest to challenge this question . I don't want any of my student to waste Rs 1000 without any use .

  2. It is not mentioned in ncert that prosthetic groups are strictly organic compounds but what is most imp is that they are tightly linked to apoenzyme they can be organic or inorganic and the terms cofactor and coenzyme can be used interchangeably

  3. It must be "suspend the cell cycle"…..Bcoz its clearly written in NCERT that "some cells in the adult animals do not appear to exhibit division e.g heart cells and many other cells divide only occasionally, as needed to replace cells that have been lost because of injury or cell death. These cells that do not divide further exit G1phase to enter an inactive stage called quiescent stage (G0) of the cell cycle .Cells in this stage remain metabolically active but no longer proliferate unless called on to do so depending on the requirement of the organism"

  4. Sir P2 m question 106
Ans 4 hona chiye inbreeding helps in accumulation of superior genes and eliminate undesirable gene (incorrect select krnatha)

Pr ye ans bta rheh 3 inbreeding selects harmfull recessive gene that reduce fertility and productivity
Or sir question 121 b btaiye reason for concentrated urine
My ans is low level of ADH

  5. About the biomolecules question…are we supposed to study from WIKIPEDIA or NCERT?… because i feel robbed of my marks… because i ticked it with reference to NCERT and it came out wrong… LOL…
    Its a shambles…

  6. But sir, in NCERT it is mentioned that 'some cells e.g. heart cells do not divide again' after maturation. So, they seem to "exit" the cell cycle completely. Moreover, all the cells in Go phase first exit from cell cycle and then decide whether to terminate or suspend the cell cycle. Thank you.

  7. I havent challenged the cornea question but if any student with my set of question has challenged it.. Then will i get marks in that question if nta changes its answer… Plz answer..

  8. i THINK IN NCERT 'S REVISE VERSION OF 2018 "SUSPENDED IS REPLACED BY EXIT" ….SUSPEND EVENTUALLY BECOMES WRONG …

talking about enzyme qn i guess its both false as in previous years question paper as well as in ncert it is given the same , according to me parthenocarpy should be the correct choice as we are talking about plants not animals ………….BEFORE UPLOADING THE ANSWER KEY NTA WAS EXPECTED TO MORE RESEARCH AND SELECT THE MOST APPROPRIATE ANSWERS TO THE questions TO AVOID THE CONSEQUENCES. god give them some brain
