  1. Ok. So this happened to ME:

So i had a crush on this girl for a really long time, (she was also chinese like i am, but she claimed that she doesn't speak nor understand it) so i was speaking to my friend u telling him that i wanted to put my wiener inside of her and having a future with her in Cantonese. And she replied "i didn't know you had those feelings for me" in Cantonese.

She thinks im a creep and likes another guy

  2. My parents own and run a tobacco/liquor store in the US. We are pakistani, but my mom and I are very fair (light) skinned so people confuse us with Middle Easterners and South Americans, I am from the UK but grew up in the US, so my english is perfect. These two old guys come in, and I'm behind the counter, they start to say racist and sexist shit about me. I often have a dumbstruck type of look on my face, so people assume I'm stupid. So the guys start laughing at their stupid jokes, and one of them says to me "you know what we sayin", I look at them and continue with my dumbstruck look. The other guy says to the first guy "nah she probably doesn't even know what english is", then they continue laughing. I get agitated at this point since it had been a good five minutes since they had entered the store, so I look up and say loudly "yes sir, do you guys need anything or are here for wasting my time", they both turned a bright red color and suddenly were asking about the prices for a few items. My mom speaks and understands english but not very much, but she knew what was being said and she came up next to me, and loudly said as fluently as possible "these fools thought you didn't speak english, idiots". And the two old dudes left without saying or buying anything.

Another time, a group of young guys came in, and saw me standing there. One of them came up to the counter and in a really loud voice asked me "DO YOU SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH?!" I looked at him and saw behind him the rest of the group of guys bringing their items to the counter, so I walk over to where the register is, and rang up the items. Then I looked at the guy who asked me about my english, and said in a normal tone, "just because someone doesnt speak english, it doesnt mean that they are deaf. Non-english speakers have normal hearing." And the dude was like "ummmmmm naaaaaaw I was just askin", and the group of guys he came in with all started laughing at him and telling him how he got told.

  3. I'm one of the only kids at my school that appears White. But I am about 25% Mexican.
Because of this, I'm bullied, but the kids are completely unaware I know what they are saying.
So after they said " that girl can't speak Spanish! We've been saying stuff to her all year in Spanish and she hasn't said a thing " ( in Spanish, of course ) I said back " what girl? " ( In Spanish- )

    They went pale.

  4. Damn hungarians will do the same to anyone that's not hungarian. We tought they just hated us, romanians but no, they are as ,,conservatory" (aka racist) as much as the french are. The difference is that the French at least speak some english, hungarians get shops in Romania and don't serve romanians pretending they don't speak the language.

  5. Actually one of my friends once tried to backbitch bout me in english to her other friend in front of me trying to pretend that she wasnt doing that…she thought i didnt know english very well but guess what bitch …

  6. My family immigrated to Holland when my mum was a kid, we speak Persian and English and of course Dutch. Once we were in Keukenhof and we were speaking Persian because some of our family had came from back home and this family thinks we don’t understand them, the wife was actually nice, saying she loves our language and it sounds lovely, however her husband told her that he wouldn’t mind if we weren’t to take all their jobs and houses. When I turned to the lady to thank her for calling our language beautiful, in Dutch, she apologised for her husband but the guy was just an asshole

  7. Well im multilingual too i speak english, tagalog and sinhalese and this happened last year at school. We were in the court practicing the steps for our highschool night performance and all of us were partnered up with someone. Then the guy i was partnered up with was from a higher grade and he and his classmates thought i only spoke english since i never spoke to anyone else other than my classmates and i was a tranfer student. He started talking to me in english and i replied in english too ,he was trying his best and so did his classmates. Finally i spoke in tagalog and they were like you could have told us you speak tagalog.
