Landing. We’ve all been through tough times when it comes to landing. Either we flare too high, or don’t flare enough, and I’m sure we’ve all had more go arounds than we care to admit. Landing is the most difficult part of flying, but also the most rewarding.

Jose is just starting to understand how to land an aircraft, albeit with little lapses in concentration here and there!

  2. with a little crosswind or headwind its still not that difficult contact atc get into the traffic pattern and reduce speed and add flaps 10D 25D 40Degrees on final idle power and pull back on yoke with some trim 20ft above ground sink rate increase and bam main wheels touch down and nose wheel does to 1-3 seconds after main touchdown and use rudder pedals to steer nose wheel on center line and toe brakes to slow down and exit runway at a appropriate

  3. Great video – I’m a PPL student in the U.K. There were so many days where I would come away from the airfield questioning if I would ever ‘get it’. Tomorrow I am on my second solo navex and those days seem a distant memory. To any other PPL student who is struggling – you WILL get there..! ✈️ PS great to hear a northern accent on here. Could you do a vid on how you got into instructing in the USA?
