  1. Normally I wouldn’t click on a video like this but I’m a bit tipsy and my only problem is that you speak to your audience listening as if they’re daft no need to thoroughly explain every detail.

  2. Great video 🙂
Another tip that helps me, if everything on your to do list seems too hard, too big, too much work, break them up into the tiniest possible thing you can do to get them closer to being done, even if it's so small it's silly.

  3. Great tips, especially the part about creating momentum resonates well with me. I can have trouble starting bigger projects. Just cut it into pieces you cán handle and work your way up from there.

Understanding really well why I want/need to do things and why they are good for me can really help me to do things. I like to look at the greater picture. I think it's imporatant in life to be good to other people and to share things with eachother. I can only do that well when I take good care of myself. This thought connects all the little things I do to a greater goal and makes it more meaningful.

  4. Great advice. Getting out of bed is so much easier if I have something to achieve by doing so.
What's your feeling on progress calendars, where you put a stamp/sticker every day you do that activity?

  5. Great video, and I think it all comes down to one thing and that’s consistency. As you say you need that initial push to gain momentum and motivation but sometimes that can be pointless if you can’t follow it up. I myself as well as many others I imagine have started something or woken up with lots of motivation only for it to fizzle our after a short while and the task never gets continued. To add to the list of quotes you said in this video I’ll say that long term consistency beats short term motivation. At the end of the day you’ve got to stick with things! Thanks for the video again, also would love to hear your thoughts on Nofap, or breaking addictions if that’s something you’d like to speak about
