  1. i can't sleep because when i like close my eyes, i feel like something bads gonna happened.(like getting kidnapped, murderer etc) this is the 2nd night in a row that this has happened. it's currently 5:51am, and idk if it's like insomnia or something idk but im only 11 and i'm kinda scared.. i've tried sleeping in quiet, music, youtube and white noise but nothing working!! help? i can't even close my eyes, im to paranoid.. i think i've been watching too many documentaries oop.
